BOO!

Some pages from a children's story I'm writing about a little girl who is afraid of grown-ups (fair enough what with their incessant talking and strange odour). I used watercolour and a more vibrant colour palette than usual, there are a gazillion things I would like to change with the overall spreads but time constraints blah blah blah....

Stranger Danger!

Here are a few strangers I was asked to draw for a contributors page of a magazine, it was a lovely change to draw real live people and a bit of a challenge just drawing from a snapshot but I like how they turned out. There were thirty-ish in total. And that would be me, second row, fourth over..

The Woods

Here is an image which was intended for a magazine cover but sadly never materialised. I quite like it though, it was an experiment in playing with textures and opacity, and I do enjoy drawing a banjo!
