I recently had the pleasure of working on Zizzi's new wine menu, art directed by the talented Tobias Hall who also created the hand drawn type. The idea was to personify the four categories of wine available; White, Rosé, Red and Bubbly as well as including a portrait of Guillaume Aubert, Zizzi's wine expert.
I gave each a personality and an outfit to match the characteristics of their wine-
Mr. White is cool, crisp and sharp
Ms. Rosé is sweet, floral, the ingénue
Mr. Red is warm and smooth
Ms. Bubbly is effervescent, fun and glamorous
It was a lot of fun to work on!
